Positions with DLM Property Management. Each is selected rather than automatic, and each starts with an application.
Community Manager Partner
The closest thing to this is a franchise, without the cost of buying one. You get an exclusive community, the brand, the technology and the training, and you keep a share of everything your community generates. What you do not get is the invoice. There is no franchise fee, no buy-in and nothing to purchase.
The tools for reaching homeowners and businesses are already built, the training is provided, and you are coached in daily and weekly live sessions with other partners. You bring the people skills. Your share rises the longer you stay.
To be precise: this is not a franchise and not an hourly position. You are an independent contractor running a community of your own.
Community Outreach Specialist
Help launch a brand new community and take part in the conversations neighbors are already having. You onboard homeowners, connect them to local businesses, answer questions on Nextdoor about home services, and hand a working community over to ongoing management. Not cold calling: these are people who already live there or have already asked.
You post as yourself and you say you work with DLM. Undisclosed posting is the one thing this role never does.

Open to anyone. No application queue and no selection: you join and start.
Affiliate
Share a link. When a local home services business joins through it and pays their annual membership, you earn a share, and you earn it again every year they stay. It is also the normal path to being selected as a Community Manager Partner.
Service Provider
Become the exclusive service provider for the homes we manage in your area. Your membership funds the outreach that tells those residents you are there.
Real Estate Agent
Be the assigned agent for 1,000 homes we manage in your area. No other agent gets them, you see the addresses before you pay, and you only pay for next year if you sold a house on our platform this year.
Serve with us
This one does not pay, and it is worth saying so plainly. It is a seat at the table for business owners who want a say in what we build.
Business Advisory Board Member
Represent the wider business community inside DLM. Board members raise the concerns other owners are having, host business meetings, recommend changes to how the platform works, and help decide what gets built next. Founding membership is limited on purpose, so the board stays small enough to be useful.
It is an active role rather than an honorary title: you attend the meetings, you speak for businesses other than your own, and you disclose conflicts. Seated members are listed publicly on our team page with their business.

Brokerages and teams
Hold several 1,000-home farms on one invoice and assign them to your agents. An exclusive farm is a recruiting tool, not just a marketing one.
HOA and community boards
Bring DLM to the community you already represent, so residents get vetted providers and a single point of contact.

Most people start as an Affiliate, because there is nothing to wait for. If you want a community of your own, that is the usual route into a Community Manager Partner role.
